Our Wines
A Labor of Love
Celestial Hill comprises four distinct vineyards, named for each of Chris and Melissa’s three children – Benjamin, Kendall Grace, and Brady – and the previous property owner Glenn Howard, who planted the vines over 20 years ago. While the soil is generally classified as marine sedimentary and volcanic, the grapes grown in each of the vineyards express the unique geography, elevation, and geology of their respective location.

2024 Kendall Grace Rosé of Pinot Noir
An elegant, light-colored rosé produced in a delicate Provence style. Lovely, ripe summer strawberries and soft floral aromas on the nose. Flavors of juicy watermelon, fresh peaches and mango in a delicately rounded body, finishing on a tart tangerine acidity.
This wine is fresh and bright showing a nicely balanced acidity and will be a wonderful compliment to your next summer gathering!

2021 Barrel Select Chardonnay
A luxurious wine, created from our favorite two barrels of the vintage, this is a rich, luscious wine is bursting with golden, tropical & citrus fruits on the nose, leading to the palate. This rich fruit is carried by a vibrant acidity and notes of toasted vanilla nutmeg on the finish.

2022 Estate Chardonnay
The debut of our Estate Chardonnay! Sourced from the Kendall-Grace and Benjamin Vineyards, this blend of Dijon clones 76 and 95 brings bright jasmine floral, honeydew, and crisp, vibrant lemon! Sweeping citrus fruit notes and a vivid acidity are complimented by a satin-like texture on the finish.
Pairs great with fresh PNW seafood and creamy or semi-hard cheeses with toasted baguette.

2021 Yamhill-Carlton Chardonnay
From the famed Fennwood Vineyard in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, this wonderful fruit forward wine is balanced with vibrant acidity. Citrus and floral aromas and flavors; a hint of grilled orange with a silky mouthfeel. This balanced wine is a super-pairing wine with a range of fresh and light to rich and creamy!

2022 Estate Pinot Noir
A miraculous wine from a miraculous vintage, our Estate Pinot Noir encapsulates the elegant-leanings of the Willamette Valley’s 2022 vintage. Swirling aromas of luxardo cherry, cola, cacao nib, spiced, dried fruits and soft rose petals, flow onto the palate. Earthy and elegant with a lusciously silky mouthfeel that will have you chasing every last drop!

2022 Brady Vineyard Pinot Noir
Comprised of estate Dijon 667 this wine is reminiscent of an old-world pinot swirling with sweet, bright and earthy nuance. Gorgeous aromas of red currants, autumn leaves and vanilla. Lush strawberry preserves, black cherry, fresh blueberries and soft cedar tannin flow like silk on a brightly balanced acidity. 18 months in a barrel. Enjoy with a book by the fire, or perfectly pair with cremini mushroom risotto, chicken marsala or a spice cake with dark chocolate!

2022 Kendall-Grace Vineyard Pinot Noir
Earning its namesake from the Chris and Melissa’s only daughter, who has had two single-vineyard wines designated from her site, showcasing the diversity and range.
Dried cranberry, sun-ripened raspberry and faint star anise aromas. Bursting flavors of black cherries, black plum and dried black currant with hints of clove and peppercorn linger with a racing acidity and supple tannins. Delicate and feminine, a perfect meal accompaniment or cellar addition.
