Get dressed up and spend an intimate evening with Celestial Hill founders, Chris and Melissa Thomas, in the backdrop of their newly built barrel cave! Enjoy the organic, minimal-intervention, estate-grown wines, paired alongside a delicious three course dinner prepared by local McMinnville chef Briana Olvera! Brianna thoughtfully sources her ingredients from around wine country and takes a heart-felt approach to sustainable food.

Barrel Cave & Vineyard Winery Grand Opening

The grand unveiling of Celestial Hill’s vineyard winery production facility! Explore the new winery production space, look out over the pond and up at the vineyards, wind down to the barrel cave and take in all of the little nooks that the property has to offer! We will welcome you with a glass, and let you try a selection of our favorite wines, enjoy bites and more.

Stargazing in the Vineyard

Saturday | 27 September 2025 | 7 pm - 9 pm

Join us as we watch the sunset and spend an evening under the stars! The Celestial Hill vineyard is only a 15 minute drive outside of McMinnville, but miles from city noise and light pollution, making it an ideal spot to stargaze.
We will be co-hosting guests alongside our starry-eyed friends at the Carlton Observatory for an educational and spectacular evening with astronomers and telescopes in tow!

Our stargazing experience includes entry for two, your bottle of choice, a set of keepsake glasses and charcuterie for two! This event is reservation only and packages must be pre-booked.
